As a member of the Log and Timber Frame Homes Council, Rocky Mountain Homes will provide each construction project with graded logs and timbers, as well as construction drawings or a construction manual.
To achieve the best results for our clients, Rocky Mountain believes in working with the builder/contractor when finalizing the design of the home or commercial structure. From there, we’ll cut the logs or timbers for the package, allowing time for you and your team to perform infrastructure improvements, including installing foundation, driveway, water, sewer or septic. Once we deliver the materials to the build site, construction can begin. Whether this is your first log or timber frame home project or you’re a veteran of the industry, our precisely labeled packages ensure a successful build for you and your team.
The key to our superior log homes lies in our materials, and their origins. We use only the best naturally seasoned, dry-standing Western timber as our exclusive source for log material. Dry-standing timber is cut fully seasoned, not green, and only one in 10 will make the grade. This standard means we’re one of only a select few companies in the country that manage or assist in the entire transformation from standing timber to the home itself.
As a supplier of log and timber accents and components, we are committed to staying on top of the ever-changing market, constantly updating our inventory. As members of one of the industry’s leading buying groups, Lumbermens Merchandising Corporation (LMC), we have more choices in quality supplies, access to even better deals and increased purchasing power.
